Aligned Massage
In addition and alongside midwifery services, I also offer full body massage therapy to expectant and new mothers, providing relief, relaxation, and nurturing care during and after pregnancy.

I have a Level 3 ITEC qualification in Swedish Massage and a Diploma in Pregnancy Massage. In combination with skills and knowledge as a midwife, you can rest assured that you and your baby are in very safe hands with me, allowing you to fully relax and get the most from your therapy.

Pregnancy massage can:
- Alleviate tension and discomfort which in pregnancy often presents in the back, shoulders, neck and legs due to changes in posture, weight distribution and circulation.
- Reduce anxiety and stress
- Improve mood and balance hormones, enhancing wellbeing overall
- Aid restful sleep
- Help prepare you for labour and birth
- Lessen postoperative pain and support healing​

I use a variety of oils for massage and Neal's Yard Organic aromatherapy products to enhance your massage and deepen your relaxation.

As my beautiful therapy room in Tamworth is still under construction, I am currently offering mobile services only.

Each service includes:
- Online consultation form in advance of your appointment
- Attendance at your home with all required equipment, oils and Neals Yard Organic products
Note that the time shown is the length of the massage. Set up and take down time is around 20 minutes in total and does not eat into your relaxation time

I can travel up to around 1 hour from my home in Tamworth B77 - mileage charges may apply in some circumstances.

Online payment
Once we have confirmed a date, time and location, I will send you details of how to pay for your massage and send a confirmation email to you once you have done so.
I will also send a consultation form for you to fill out in advance of my visit.
